Pickup and Local Delivery Options
Instead of shipping, we offer the following alternatives:
Farmers’ Market Pickup: Find us at local farmers’ markets where you can pick up your orders. Follow us on Instagram @the_gilmore_guys_natives for our market schedule.
On-Site Pickup: Arrange a pickup at our nursery in Marietta, GA. Contact us at [email protected] to schedule your visit.
Local Delivery: We offer delivery to select areas near Marietta, GA. Delivery fees may apply, and availability depends on your location. Contact us for details.
Why We Don’t Ship
Shipping can be stressful for plants, and we want to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. By offering in-person pickup and delivery, we can guarantee the health and quality of every plant you take home.

RETURN POLICY
We value your satisfaction and are committed to ensuring you have a great experience with our native plants. Below are the details of our return policy:
Eligible Returns
Defective or damaged plants: If a plant is damaged or unwell upon receipt, please notify us within 7 days with a photo for verification.
Incorrect orders: If you received the wrong plant, we’ll gladly replace it or offer a refund.
Conditions for Return
Plants must be returned in their original container.
The plant should not have been transplanted or substantially altered.
Exclusions
We do not accept returns for plants damaged due to improper care, weather, or pest infestations after purchase.
Clearance or final sale plants are not eligible for return.
Refund or Replacement Options
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Replacements are subject to availability.
